Have you ever been curious about how to up your culinary skills as a home cook? It all starts with great knife skills!
In this in-person workshop our chef will guide you through the fundamentals of knife care, cleaning, safety and tips to cut down on time in the kitchen! We’ll teach you pro tricks for some of the most popular knife techniques through guided hands-on practice with the vegetables that we’ll provide. Best of all, by the end of the experience you’ll have fully chopped and prepped vegetables to take home with you!
