Our past pasta workshops have shown you just how easy it is to master making fresh pasta from scratch. Now it’s time to take it up a notch, as we show you how to create beautifully crafted, tasty homemade ravioli!
In this in-person workshop, you’ll get hands-on with our chef, who will start by showing you how to make a simple fresh pasta dough. You’ll then learn how to roll out the pasta and make the filling, powered by the KitchenAid® Stand Mixer. We’ll assemble and cook the ravioli together, and in no time, dinner will be ready for you to enjoy!
