Deceptively Decadent Desserts
Have a sweet tooth but also an interest in healthy living? In this workshop you don’t have to choose! Our chef will demonstrate how to make delicious desserts and sweet snacks using whole foods instead of processed ingredients. We’ll also cover different natural sweeteners like maple syrup, dates, and coconut sugar, as well as how to reduce sugar and refined carbohydrates overall.
