This hands-on experience begins with mastering essential knife skills, ensuring you can precisely prepare your raw ingredients. Under the guidance of our chef, you’ll learn to slice shrimp, tofu, fresh herbs, and crisp vegetables with precision. In the second half, you’ll assemble these fresh and flavorful ingredients into delicate rice paper rolls. Our expert chef will guide you through selecting the finest ingredients, peeling and slicing apples featuring the KitchenAid spiralizer attachment to make peeling, coring, and slicing apples a walk in the park. We’ll also discuss tricks to elevate the classic pumpkin flavor to make it your own.  All the while, we’ll enjoy a savory pie to snack on throughout the evening.  By the end of the workshop, you’ll have your own pies to savor and share.
