Next Level Knife Skills
Have the basic fundamentals down? Take this workshop and learn more advanced knife techniques like how to chiffonade herbs, supreme citrus, dice tough ingredients like butternut squash and cut an artichoke (depending on availability). We’ll use our cuts to prepare a roasted squash salad with basil and orange/grapefruit.
*Recommended for those who have completed our Knife Skills: Chopping, Slicing & Dicing workshop.
