Homemade Bread: Focaccia
Join us for this workshop and learn from our bread-loving chef how to make a basic, versatile focaccia dough. You’ll learn the elements of the dough as well as each step from the initial rise and pressing it out to topping it with ingredients and baking. This dough can be used to make bread for sandwiches, breadsticks, pizza and even dessert!
In this workshop, you’ll get hands on with our KitchenAid Stand Mixer and also learn about KitchenAid’s Smart Oven+, a connected appliance which includes 3 powered attachments: a grill, a steamer and baking stone.
