Homemade Brats & Beer
Celebrate Oktoberfest with us by learning to make your own brats from scratch. In this workshop, our chef will lead you through the sausage-making process where you’ll learn how to grind meat and fill casings with meat and spices. We’ll cook up the brats and serve with buns, sauerkraut and grainy mustard to your liking.
We’ll also be joined by an expert from local Chicago brewery, On Tour Brewing Company, who will lead us through a 4-style tasting of some of their favorite beers + seasonal beers that pair perfectly with your brats.
