5 Ingredient Meals: Fall Flavors
Join us and learn how to make dinner in a snap with limited ingredients and clean up. When time is short and ingredients are limited, you can still create a dish that is nothing short of delicious with just five ingredients or less.
This month we’ll be showcasing colorful fall produce like squash, apples and dark leafy greens. We’ll be joined by our partners at Chicago farm The Urban Canopy who will be providing seasonal produce for us to prepare as well as sharing information about their farm-to-home delivery service, LUCSA.
- Butternut-Sage Fritters with Salted Yogurt
- Kale, Apple and Pecan Salad
- Red Wine and Cinnamon Poached Pears
Recipes are vegetarian and gluten-free.
