Join us this August at the World of Whirlpool Experience Center for a comprehensive, hands-on culinary experience dedicated to creating artisanal ricotta gnocchi from scratch using the KitchenAid Artisan Plus stand mixer and attachments that mimic traditional Roman techniques.

Come learn the precise techniques for preparing, shaping, cutting, and cooking delicate ricotta gnocchi dough. We will also cover two different cooking methods and pairings for the same recipe.

To complement the pasta, we will prepare a Calabriata sauce curated to highlight the rich profiles and regional origins of guanciale, Pecorino Toscano, and vibrant Calabrian chilis. We will explore the history, culture, methods, and processes behind these celebrated ingredients and learn how to combine them into a velvety, smoky, and slightly spicy sauce.
