Knife Skills and Vietnamese Summer Rolls are two of our most popular workshops, so we figured, why not put them together into one evening that combines the practical techniques of one class with the delicious recipes of the other?
This hands-on experience begins with mastering essential knife skills, ensuring you can precisely prepare your raw ingredients. Under the guidance of our chef, you’ll learn to slice shrimp, tofu, fresh herbs, and crisp vegetables with precision. In the second half, you’ll assemble these fresh and flavorful ingredients into delicate rice paper rolls. Our chef will share traditional techniques and tips for perfecting your rolling skills, along with recipes for classic dipping sauces.
