This class is designed to take you from hesitant chopper to culinary artist. You will learn how the shape and size of every slice, dice, and mince builds layers of texture and flavor. Forget pre-made salsas and dips; you’re about to create a spectacular feast from scratch, using the most important tool in any kitchen: your knife.

Step up to your own fully equipped station where you’ll learn to handle a chef’s knife with purpose and skill. Our expert instructor will guide you through a series of essential cuts that form the foundation for these classic sides and countless others.

You will personally prepare each component for our three signature bites:

  • Guacamole
  • Citrus Ceviche
  • Mango Salsa
