Homemade Pita & Falafel
About
Making fresh bread doesn’t need to be an all day affair. Try your hand at homemade pita! Our chef will teach you the secrets to this delicious and light Middle Eastern flatbread. Learn how to mix up a simple dough, roll it and have your puffy creation ready to enjoy in just a few minutes. Once you learn this technique, you’ll want to start keeping the dough in your refrigerator so you can cook up a fresh pita or two every night.
After we make our pita, we’ll use the Metal Food Grinder attachment powered by the KitchenAid Stand Mixer to make fresh falafel from chickpeas, herbs and spices. Enjoy your falafel sandwich with a variety of toppings.
