You don’t have to have a lot of outdoor space (or any really) to start your own herb garden! Join us at the World of Whirlpool for a DIY gardening tutorial and cocktail-making demonstration that’s perfect for apartment-dwellers.

Our friends from the Chicago farm The Urban Canopy will lead everyone in planting their own small herb pot that can thrive in a kitchen or on a balcony.  Then our chef will show you how to turn those herbs into a festive summer cocktail. We’ll also be joined by a World of Whirlpool cleaning and washing expert who will share a few tips on getting dirty garden messes out of your clothes, shoes and tools.
