5 Ingredient Meals: Sustainable Seafood
When time is short and ingredients are limited, you can still create a dish that is nothing short of delicious in just five ingredients or less. You’ll leave this workshop full of food and ideas for pairing the right flavors that pack a punch for easy, at-home cooking.
This month’s theme is sustainable seafood and we are going to be joined by our community partners at Sitka Salmon Shares. Our chef will show you how to create simple fish dinners that are flavorful and nutritiously balanced and easy to whip up on a weeknight.
