5 Ingredient Meals: Simple Toasts
Looking for an easy dinner for 1-2 that doesn’t involve lots of cooking? Take inspiration from restaurant menus around the country and make yourself an elevated toast for dinner. In this class, our chef will show you 5 nutritious and creative dinner toast ideas that each have 5 ingredients or less. Serve alongside mixed greens and you’ve got a light fresh meal in about 10 minutes, with very few dishes to clean.
You’ll also learn how to make perfect “jammy” and easy-to-peel soft-boiled eggs that are the perfect toast topper for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Our chef will also give you tips on picking and storing bread, including top picks for local bakeries.
