A Healthier Holiday

Your Thanksgiving feast doesn’t need to be sleep-coma inducing.  In this workshop our chef will show you how to make seasonal, festive dishes from whole natural foods like vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds instead of packaged or processed ingredients.  Join us in the kitchen!

Recipes include:

  • Kale Salad with Roasted Squash and Cranberries
  • Millet and Kale Stuffed Acorn Squash
  • Crispy Brussels Sprouts and Shiitake Bacon
  • Cinnamon Spice Apples with Granola

Included in this workshop:

  • Tastings of recipes prepared during workshop
  • Beer, wine, or soft drink
  • Hands-on instruction with our chef
  • Printed recipes
Class is a chef demonstration with hands-on participation by guests and tasting of the recipes.  Please let us know of any dietary restrictions when registering.
Payment in full is required at the time of registration. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to receive a full refund. Credit in the form of a future workshop will be given for cancellations made under 48 hours. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class or event due to unforeseen circumstances, inclement weather or otherwise. In the event of a class or event cancellation, we will contact you directly at the phone number or email address you have provided to offer a full refund or credit to transfer to a future workshop.
