Make Ahead Thanksgiving

In this workshop, our chef will show you how to take the stress out of preparing a holiday meal…by making your side dishes ahead of time.  Learn tricks from a professional chef about which dishes can be frozen ahead of time or made days in advance that will maintain or even improve in taste and texture. Your guests will be none the wiser!

Recipes include:

  • Roasted Garlic and Celery Root Mash 
  • Green Salad with Roasted Squash, Onions, and Shallot Vinaigrette
  • Gingery Pumpkin Pie with Graham Cracker Crust

Included in this workshop:

  • Tastings of recipes prepared during workshop
  • Beer, wine, or soft drink
  • Hands-on instruction with our chef
  • Printed recipes
Class is a chef demonstration with hands-on participation by guests and tasting of the recipes.  Please let us know of any dietary restrictions when registering.
Payment in full is required at the time of registration. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to receive a full refund. Credit in the form of a future workshop will be given for cancellations made under 48 hours. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class or event due to unforeseen circumstances, inclement weather or otherwise. In the event of a class or event cancellation, we will contact you directly at the phone number or email address you have provided to offer a full refund or credit to transfer to a future workshop.
