Homemade Extruded Pasta!

In this workshop you’ll get hands-on with one of our chefs and learn how to whip up a quick and simple pasta dough for extruded homemade pasta. Unlike rolled pasta that’s rolled into long sheets and cut into spaghetti or fettuccine, extruded pasta is pushed through a press and can make shapes like macaroni, fusili, rigatoni, and more. Using the Pasta Press Attachment powered by your KitchenAid Stand Mixer, we’ll make extruded pasta and then cook it up and enjoy it with a make-your-own macaroni and cheese bar.

Class is a chef demonstration with hands-on participation by guests and tasting of the recipes. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions when registering. Pasta dough contains eggs.
