7/24/2019 5:30 pm–7:30 pm
Join us for this hands-on workshop where you will learn from our bread-loving chef how to make a basic, versatile focaccia dough. You’ll learn the elements of the dough as well as each step from the initial rise and pressing it out to topping it with ingredients and baking. This dough can be used to make bread for sandwiches, breadsticks, pizza, and even dessert!
In this workshop, you’ll get hands on with our KitchenAid Stand Mixer and also learn about KitchenAid’s Smart Oven+, a connected appliance which includes 3 powered attachments: a grill, a steamer, and a baking stone.
