Homemade Bagels & Lox!

Learn to make your own bagels and lox from scratch! Using the KitchenAid Stand Mixer, you’ll join our chef in making homemade bagels and topping them with seasonings of your choice. Our chef will also demonstrate how to make homemade gravlax in your home refrigerator using a side of wild Alaskan salmon from our partners at Sitka Salmon Shares, along with dill, salt and spices. You’ll never buy store bought again. Assemble your own tasting from our fresh bagels, gravlax, cream cheese, hummus and assorted toppings.

Class is a chef demonstration with hands-on participation by guests and tasting of the recipes. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions when registering.
