Learn how to make stunning “grazing boards” for your next party or get together. Grazing boards are simple to make ahead of time, and using our chef’s tips, you’ll learn how to create beautiful, abundant-looking boards that look like they were purchased from a gourmet market.
We’ll use the Pasta Roller attachment powered by your KitchenAid Stand Mixer to make homemade garlic-herb crackers. Our chef will then demonstrate tricks for using ingredients like prosciutto, salami, manchego, drunken goat cheese, cantaloupe, purple cauliflower, carrots, cucumbers and edible flowers to create picture perfect boards. Then you’ll put your skills to the test to create your own to take home.
Our partners at Field + Farmer will be providing delicious and colorful veggie hummus dips to add to your boards. We’ll also be sharing sommelier-approved tips for selecting and serving wine.
