With over fourteen years of culinary experience, Ender Oktayuren has progressed through the many positions in a kitchen, honing his skills and learning a wide variety of techniques. Having trained and competed with 5-time Olympic Medalist Chef Tim Bucci, Chef Ender continuously demonstrates his unique passion for cooking and plate presentation, bringing a very refined, artistic and precise touch to every plate. Chef Ender’s expertise in his previous role as Garde Manger Sous Chef at Sixteen Restaurant in the Trump Hotel and Tower in Chicago helped earn the restaurant a Michelin Star. As the Executive Chef of the World of Whirlpool in Chicago, Chef Ender explores unique cuisines by creating a new menu each day to delight and surprise guests. He utilizes his rooftop gardens where he grows vegetables, herbs, micro herbs and edible flowers. Chef Ender’s innovative cooking style combines the detail and qualities of traditional fine dining with his own modern twist and culinary perspective guaranteeing a unique and delicious journey through his menus.
